「GitLab」：修訂間差異

GitLab是一套以Git為中心而發展出來的軟體。

安裝

官方說明記憶體一般建議為8 GB^[1]，最少4 GB（在這種情況下需要外加4 GB的Swap）。實際測試發現剛裝完大約吃1.5 GB的記憶體，一個人自己用之後會到2.5 GB左右。

這邊介紹的是Ubuntu下的安裝過程^[2]：

sudo apt install -y ca-certificates curl openssh-server postfix
curl -sS https://packages.gitlab.com/install/repositories/gitlab/gitlab-ce/script.deb.sh | sudo bash
sudo EXTERNAL_URL="https://gitlab.example.com" apt install gitlab-ee

最近的版本可能會需要處理安裝時Let's Encrypt憑證申請失敗的相關的問題^[3]。

移除

移除需要多個步驟^[4]：

sudo gitlab-ctl uninstall
sudo gitlab-ctl cleanse
sudo gitlab-ctl remove-accounts
sudo apt purge -y gitlab-ce
sudo rm -rf /etc/gitlab /opt/gitlab /var/log/gitlab /var/opt/gitlab

常用指令

sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure
sudo gitlab-ctl renew-le-certs
sudo gitlab-ctl restart
